Hello Everyone this is my introduction podcast. It will explain some of the reasons I am doing this. I have been wanting to do this for quite some time and I finally got the motivation to follow through with it. I am sure some of you can relate to procrastination. I am very much into new technologies and treatments for depression and anxiety. For me, it is therapeutic to know these exist. So, if you think you might be the same then perhaps these will be of some help to you as well.
